Terms of Service

Welcome to GLPCircle ("the App"), operated by Be My Guest LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, doing business as GLPCircle ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using GLPCircle, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use GLPCircle. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to request age verification at any time. If we discover that a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate their account and delete their data.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may not transfer, sell, or share your account with any other person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion.

3. What the App Is (and Is Not)

GLPCircle is a community platform where users of GLP-1 medications (such as Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, and similar medications) share their personal experiences, food tips, movement ideas, and support each other.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you post, including text, images, photos, and comments ("User Content"). By posting content on the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and make your content available to other users within the App.

You agree that your User Content:

• Is accurate to the best of your knowledge when sharing personal experiences.
• Does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights.
• Does not contain harmful, threatening, abusive, or illegal material.
• Complies with our Community Guidelines.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, with or without notice.

5. Prohibited Conduct

When using the App, you agree NOT to:

• Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users.
• Body shame, mock, or belittle other members for their weight, appearance, or health choices.
• Post content that is intentionally negative, hostile, or designed to intimidate other users.
• Post spam, scams, or unsolicited advertising.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Share another user's personal information without their consent.
• Post content that promotes illegal drug use, dangerous health practices, or self-harm.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise the App's security.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the App.
• Sell, promote, or distribute medications through the App.
• Promote MLM products, unregulated supplements, detox products, or health gimmicks.
• Circumvent content moderation or reporting systems.
• Use the App for any illegal purpose.

6. GLPCircle Plus Subscription

GLPCircle offers a free tier and a paid Plus subscription. If you choose to subscribe:

• Billing. You will be charged the subscription fee displayed at the time of purchase. Billing occurs monthly or annually depending on the plan you select.
• Auto-Renewal. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Cancellation. You can cancel at any time through your account settings, the Apple App Store, or Google Play Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you retain Plus access until that period ends.
• Refunds. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Free Trials. If we offer a free trial, you will be notified when the trial ends and when billing begins. You can cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
• Price Changes. We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days advance notice. Continued use after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

7. Community Shop, Affiliate Links, and Advertising

GLPCircle may feature a Community Shop with product recommendations. Some products include affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you make a purchase through our link. This does not increase the price you pay.

All affiliate relationships are clearly disclosed. Products are featured based on community ratings and real user recommendations, not paid placements (unless explicitly labelled as "Sponsored Partner"). We do not sell medications, unregulated supplements, detox products, or MLM products.

Affiliate Link Stripping. We reserve the right to strip, remove, or replace any affiliate or referral link included in a user post, comment, or any other content shared on the platform. Posting unsanctioned affiliate or referral links is not permitted.

Advertising on GLPCircle. We do not sell placement to the highest bidder. If you want to advertise a product or service on the platform, contact us to be added to the rotation. Advertising is offered at a flat minimal fee and is strictly first come, first served. Sponsored content will always be clearly labelled.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, logo, name, features, and all content created by us (excluding User Content) are the intellectual property of Be My Guest LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

9. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Our collection and use of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Content Moderation

We use a community-first moderation approach. Users can report content they believe violates our Community Guidelines. Reported content may be reviewed by AI tools and human moderators. We reserve the right to remove content, issue warnings, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users who violate these Terms.

Reporting Spam. Any member can report content they believe is spam, unsolicited advertising, or a scam. Every report is taken seriously and will be investigated. Submitting false or bad-faith reports to target another member is itself a violation of these Terms.

Automatic Post Hiding. If a post receives 5 or more reports from different members, it will be automatically hidden from the community feed pending review by a moderator.

GLPCircle has a zero-tolerance policy for bullying, intimidation, and hostility toward other members. Accounts found engaging in this behaviour will be removed immediately and without warning.

Strike System. Our moderation system uses a strike-based approach for most rule violations. A strike is a formal warning tied to your account, not an automatic ban. The system exists to give people a fair chance to correct their behaviour. Repeated or serious violations lead to escalating consequences, up to permanent account termination. You may appeal any moderation decision through your account settings.

11. Anonymous Posting

GLPCircle offers an anonymous posting feature for eligible members. While your post will not display your name publicly, your account information is still associated with anonymous posts in our internal systems for moderation and safety purposes. Anonymity does not exempt you from these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

12. Disclaimers

GLPCIRCLE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT ON THE APP, INCLUDING USER-GENERATED CONTENT, MEDICATION INFORMATION, OR COMMUNITY RECOMMENDATIONS.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY HEALTH DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON CONTENT FOUND ON THE APP. ALWAYS CONSULT A LICENSED HEALTHCARE PROVIDER.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BE MY GUEST LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN SUBSCRIPTION FEES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Be My Guest LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

15. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to contact us first through our contact form and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections 4, 8, 12, 13, 14, and 15 survive termination.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and notify you through the App. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
